“We found the store online, called and spoke with Tom, excellent knowledge on Weber's Grills. We purchased The Summit by Weber, (luv it) they ordered and delivered unit, kept in touch with us by phone with updates, everyone we spoke with the day we visited store was friendly & helpful, they have been in business over 30 years. Also purchased weber accessories as well as individual covers for umbrellas. Tom is excellent at returning phone calls, we highly recommend this store - keep in mind the day we were there, they were very busy. We drove a little over 2 hours to visit the store, it was well worth the drive. We also purchased the Lava Heat 2G w/remote outside heater and love it. We have called customer service with Lava Heat Italia 3-4 times with questions and to order a cover. They have returned calls, they were very helpful and friendly and encouraged us to call whenever we needed anything or if we had any problems with the unit. We feel confident if we have any trouble or need assistance with the grill, Tom will be ready to solve our problem.”

“One of my customers told me my people had broken an expensive item at her home. I went searching online and the only dealer I could find in the area who could help me was Lawn and Leisure of Sterling. I called and spoke with Tom (the owner)and he told me to come over right away and they had the part I needed to repair the item. I couldn't do it that day but within three days I was at the store and Tom greeted me with a handshake and a smile. The cost to repair this broken item was actually $50 less then what was originally quoted to me over the phone. Lawn and Leisure's people actually performed the repairs even though I hadn't asked them to do it. They didn't charge me. It only took five minutes to do but would have probably taken me an hour. Awesome people, awesome service, awesome feeling. I wouldn't take my lawn and garden equipment to anybody else. This was a great experience. Can't say enough good things about Tom and his people. This is truly a professional outfit with the best interests of the customer always in mind.”
