Lawn and Liesure has been my go-to store for lawn and outdoor living products for nearly 40 years. My most recent purchase was a Napoleon grill (replacement for the Weber I purchased from Lawn and Liesure 13 years ago). TC was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, assisting me in my selection by providing in-depth comparisons and guidance. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to enjoying the grill even more often when the springtime weather arrives. As has been the case for many years, Lawn and Liesure’s knowledgeable staff, quality products, exceptional service before and after the sale and competitive prices make it the place to go for anything you need outdoors.

The team and Lawn and Leisure were great. We were new to the area and looked up local businesses for grills, outdoor kitchens and furniture for our new home and found Lawn and Leisure. Their products are a very high quality, and their pricing is very good. If you're used to the quality of the typical big box stores, you may feel pricing is a little high, but I encourage you to take a look at the quality. We bought an outdoor stove/fire pit and had them spec an outdoor kitchen. The stove was similar to brands you'll see if you search for one. But the quality and the thickness of the materials in the brands they carry is far superior. A bonus is the staff. They know their products and use them personally. And you just can't beat that personal attention and product knowledge that seems to be lacking from the big box stores.

I stumbled across Lawn and Leisure while looking for furniture for my covered porch. There are a lot of furniture brands available on the internet, however, Trust Pilot reviews tell a different story about customer service and/or brand quality. I wanted to avoid having any buyer's remorse. Lawn and Leisure offers quality furniture from companies that they have known for years. I fell in love with Telescope’s Wexler MGP collection, and it was helpful to test out their comfort and examine their construction with the set on the showroom floor. Desi was super informative introducing me to the company (over 100 years old!), describing their construction, warranty, easy care, and other details. In addition, Lawn and Leisure’s prices were the same as those on the internet! After I placed my order, Owners Tom and Jane worked to quickly deliver my furniture in time for Mother’s Day. The entire buying process was easy, informative, and stress-free. Even more impressive was the speed with which Lawn and Leisure replaced a chair that had a small defect. Tom made the exchange himself. This company is exceptional in its commitment to quality and customer service. I’m hugely pleased with my purchase experience with Lawn and Leisure and love my new Telescope furniture. Sending thanks to Tom, Jane, TC, and Desi!

The staff at Lawn & Leisure were incredibly patient with my husband and I as we debated the purchase of our new grill. All the reps we spoke with were passionate about their product and worked very hard to answer all of the questions we had and anticipate questions we should have. When we weren't sure of our purchase between two different grills, they took the time to show us the differences and help us weigh the pros and cons of each one. We settled on a Napoleon and have had zero regrets. Delivery was today and their guys went above and beyond. We live in a townhouse with two short but very steep sets of stairs on the route to the deck. The two gentlemen handled the stairs with ease and had our grill out on our deck in no time at all. While they were completing the finishing set up, they both answered any questions I had and were sure to point out features that we needed to know about. They saw that we had purchased a grill cover at the time we bought the grill and made sure that there was one on the truck just in case we hadn't taken it home at the time of purchase (we did!)Looking forward to lots of yummy grilled meals on the deck.

Our salesman TC was fantastic! He spent a lot of time to 'educate' us on the various grills, good and so so features depending on model, and answered all questions. He never tried to hard sell us as he honestly wanted us to be happy with whatever model/brand we selected.We opted for a Napoleon Grill, and the delivery guys were very careful delivering the grill and making sure everything worked before they left.This is a first class store with excellent staff!! We will be coming back to select patio furniture next, as they carry quality products, and are so helpful.

I spent days shopping online for a replacement table top for my bar top table. It was going to cost me more to get a replacement than it would to buy a whole new table. I went to Lawn & Leisure and as soon as I walked through the door, Tom asked me what I was looking for and within a few minutes he showed me an extra table top they just happened to have in their warehouse. My lucky day! Too bad I wasted so much time looking online but I had done enough research to know that the deal Tom offered me was a good one. I can’t wait to get the table top!!And an added bonus - they are going to measure my perfectly good chair frames that have split slings when they do the delivery so they can replace those too.I’m glad to be able to continue to use my outdoor furniture instead of adding more stuff to the landfill.

We had an issue with our insert fireplace and sought the services of Lawn and Leisure. We have been clients for many years. Tariq came out and was not only very professional but also very knowledgeable. We thought we needed a new remote and he told us we did not. That honesty and integrity is something that is rare these days. He fixed what was needed and we are all set for a while. I highly recommend Lawn and Leisure and will not hesitate to call them again if issues arise.

I was in the market for a grill, and stumbled on this place. Buying a grill from a big retailer like Home Depot didn't sit right with me. He recommended a model that would work economically for us and did not try to "upsell" me at all. I always prefer to support local, family-run businesses and people like Lawn & Leisure owners Tom and Jane are the reason! My husband and I needed to replace some patio furniture and Jane was amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything: brand names, materials used, color options, cleaning methods. Jane listened to our needs and showed us a variety of options that would work for us. Unlike other stores we have visited, there were MANY options at different price points available to view and try out on the floor. Jane was impressively patient, answering our questions and waiting while we tested various chairs for comfort. We purchased a set that looks gorgeous on our screened porch. I know we will enjoy it for many years. The whole shopping experience was a pleasure. Such a welcome change from what we experienced at the huge chain stores where indifferent clerks would shrug or point to a corner of the store with three options and say, "The patio furniture is over there.." or, "Sorry, that stuff's all been boxed up and put away for the season." We found Lawn & Leisure when searching online for outdoor furniture, and when we visited the store, we were pleasantly surprised with their high quality assortment. They introduced us to some crafted, quality brands and they were patient in helping us to choose our finishes and selections. We are thrilled with our Woodard table and sling chairs by Telescope. Purchased a Napoleon fire table from Lawn and Leisure 6 or 7 years ago but was recently having trouble igniting the burner. After trying to troubleshoot myself, I called the store for any help. Tom spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me going through all the possible issues that might be causing the problem. One of his suggestions worked which saved me from having to call a repair person and saving me a lot of money. Thanks Tom. He was as helpful as he was when I purchased my grill and deck furniture many years ago. Great store, quality products and outstanding service.

Outdoor store with a large inventory and excellent customer service. When a table I ordered ended up having some staining/mold issue, the owner stayed in contact with me throughout the whole situation (going so far as to call me from his own vacation) and did two exchanges/re-deliveries until I (well, okay, more importantly, my wife) was fully satisfied. These days, it’s hard to find a business willing to ensure customer satisfaction to the very end as Lawn & Leisure did. My wife and I will continue to patronize this business and recommend it highly.

I went to this location as I saw what great reviews they had..and just like the other reviewers, I give them 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. Tariq was most helpful when I was asking questions about natural gas grills. I will not be able to use my Weber kettle in my new home..I asked lots of questions, and they were answered in a conscience manner with no “ ah well” or “not sure”. I will be calling them once I get settled in my new place, and purchase the one recommend to me..it has everything I need, plus a bit more..thank you for all your expertise..

After a miserable experience with a local big box hardware store (messing up the delivery day, refusing to put the grill on my deck after it was delivered after I had already paid extra for that service, and suddenly being out of stock of my Weber grill when I had ordered it and paid for it 10 days prior! So I just cancelled the order.) I put all my hopes and wishes on the table with Tom Rother, the owner of our local Lawn and Liesure. Within ONE DAY he had the grill I had ordered, delivered on time and installed on my deck, and came himself to make sure he met the deadline. I couldn’t have asked for more! Outstanding experience and service, particularly after the nightmare I had with the other dealer. I highly recommend Lawn and Liesure!!

I met Tom Rother today who owns Lawn & Leisure in Sterling which is a huge store with an incredible selection of grills. Tom is also a Vienna resident and a super nice guy.They actually have a lot of grills in the store too and deliver next day. He took us back to the warehouse so we could see the box sizes.He has a huge knowledge of grills, so I strongly recommend coming here before buying online.They have Weber, Napoleon, Green Egg, DCS, and many more. They do outdoor kitchens as well and deliver full setups.They even have furniture, fireplaces, ride on mowers, tools and many other items I didn't explore.Tom also uses to own a landscaping company that he sold off but has lots of recommendations.So if you're thinking of a grill or anything outdoorsy, I recommend going to Sterling and checking out his store.

In purchasing our Weber grill, we did a tremendous amount of due diligence given the price point. Their store is one of the few authorized Weber dealers that receive special models. Tom, the owner, was very helpful in describing different grills without trying to upswell which was very refreshing. They complete a test of the grill prior to delivery to ensure the grill functions properly and there’s no surprises. It’s a pleasure to find a local store where the owner is very involved willing to help out and earn my business. Highly recommend, great experience.

Lawn & Leisure is very professional for ensuring the completion of a thorough and accurate job. Tom is very experienced in his work and took the time to make a template for confirming the doors to my deck's stone fireplace would properly fit into the opening. A minor correction had to be made to the template before the actual doors were custom built. Although it took a bit longer than he or I had expected because of COVID at the time, the doors fit correctly when installed.
